Smoothies are more often based on fruit and / or vegetables to which is added a liquid that can be yogurt, milk, fruit juice, flavored water or even iced tea. This will vary the taste, alternating nutrients and textures depending on the ingredients used to have a smoothie more or less consistent.

– 25 cl of coconut water
– 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
– 10 strawberries
– 1 banana
• In a blender, mix together the banana, strawberries, coconut water and shredded coconut. Mix until it’s smooth and blended.
