This recipe is sugar free, dairy free, oil free, and can be gluten free depending on the flour used.

– 25 cl soymilk
– 1 banana
– 1/2 melon
– 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
– 3 or 4 ice cubes
• In a blender, mix together the banana cut into slices, melon cut into pieces, flaxseeds, ice cubes, soy milk and mint. Mix until smooth and blended.
