Banana and almond smoothie is once and for all my favorite!! Banana and almond are full of magnesium and fibers, and flax seeds and almonds are really good for the digestive process.

This recipe is vegan, dairy free, sugar free, oil free and gluten free.
For 1/2 L | 5 min prep | No cooking time |
– 1 banana
– 25 cl almond milk
– 1 tablespoon almond powder
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 tablespoon flax seeds
• In a blender, mix together the banana cut into slices, flax seeds, almond milk, almond powder and cinnamon. Mix until it’s smooth and blended.
